New Business Starter Bundles Terms and Conditions

Eligibility:

• Bundle pricing is available to new clients who have not previously purchased services from the participating partner companies.
• This program is intended for small businesses located in San Diego County.
• Certain services (such as website design and social media management) may be available to clients outside San Diego. Availability of other services (such as photography, printing, or in-person work) may vary by partner and may include additional travel or shipping fees.
• Self-referrals or current clients of participating partner companies are not eligible for bundle discounts.

Bundle Pricing & Scope

• Bundle pricing reflects discounted starter-level packages from each participating company. These bundles are designed to cover the core essentials every new business needs — from a professional website and social presence to photography and print materials.
• Bundle discounts apply only when purchasing two or more categories of services. Single-category purchases are available at standard partner rates.
• Add-ons can only be purchased in combination with the base package for that category at the listed bundle price.
• Custom quotes are available for additional or advanced services beyond the starter packages.
• Clients may select only the services they need; there is no requirement to purchase all bundle categories.

Billing & Payment

• Each partner company will invoice the client directly for their portion of services.
• Payment terms, schedules, and accepted methods of payment may vary by partner company.
• Bundled discounts cannot be combined with other offers, promotions, or referral incentives unless specifically noted.

Service Delivery

• Each participating company is solely responsible for the delivery and quality of their services.
• Drawing Board Marketing is not liable for services provided by partner companies, and vice versa.
• Project timelines may vary based on the client’s responsiveness, scope of work, and scheduling with each partner.

Program Duration & Updates

• These bundles are offered for a limited time and may be modified or discontinued at any point without prior notice.
• Clients who have already engaged services under the bundle pricing will retain their agreed terms, provided they remain in good standing with all participating partners.

Legal

• All bundles are subject to availability.
• This program is void where prohibited by law.
• By purchasing a bundle, clients agree to the terms and conditions in place at the time of purchase.
• Drawing Board Marketing and participating partners reserve the right to update or discontinue the bundle program at any time.
