Drawing Board Marketing Referral Program Terms and Conditions

Eligibility: This Referral Program is open to anyone who refers a new client to Drawing Board Marketing. Referred clients must be new clients who have not previously received services. Self-referrals or referrals from Drawing Board Marketing employees are not eligible. Referral Process: To participate, submit a referral using the form provided on our website or by contacting us directly. The referred client must sign a service agreement and remain in good standing for a minimum of 30 days. All referrals are subject to approval. Incentive Details:

• For the Referrer:
  • Casual Referral: 10% of all work completed for that client for up to 12 months.
  • Partner Referral: 20% of all work completed, including ongoing services, with no cap. (Available after 5 referrals in a calendar year or by agreement.)
  • White-Label Partner: 20% commission on all billed work. You remain the face of the project; we operate behind the scenes as part of your team. Available by request or invitation.
• For the Referred Client: 10% off their first paid project with Drawing Board Marketing.

Incentives are paid out or credited after 30 days from the referred client’s project start or first billing cycle. Referral payouts are not transferable and cannot be combined with other promotional offers. Billing and Payment: For Casual and Partner referrals, Drawing Board Marketing invoices the client directly and pays the referral partner. For White-Label Partners, the partner invoices their client and Drawing Board Marketing invoices the partner. Referral Tracking: Referrals are tracked using the referral form or direct email confirmation. Eligibility is valid for 60 days from the date of submission. Program Updates: Drawing Board Marketing reserves the right to modify or end this program at any time with 30 days’ notice. Fraud Prevention: Self-referrals or fraudulent activity will result in disqualification. We reserve the right to audit referrals for compliance.
